Kendall Young Library will take a break from programming for the month of August as it prepares for the fall. Fall programming will begin September 9.
Here's a glimpse of some of the weekly programs planned for the fall.
NEW -- Tales Around the Town -- Families are invited to join the library staff each Monday evening at different locations and businesses around Webster City for a short program and time to explore. Watch for more details.
Wild Things -- PreK-second -- will meet on Tuesdays from 3:45 to 5 p.m.
Fuzzy Ducklings -- Under 3 years -- will meet on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Tween's Time -- Third to fifth grade -- will meet on Thursdays from 3:45 to 5 p.m.
Teen Lounge -- Sixth to 12th grade -- will meet both Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Teen Homeschool Tech Lab -- Sixth to 12th grade -- will meet one Thursday a month from 1 to 3 p.m.
Plus, here are some special fall events:
Magician MiKayla Oz -- Everyone is invited to experience the magic of MiKayla Oz on Thursday, September 12, beginning at 5:30 p.m. This is for patrons of all ages.
Wilderman's Family Friendly Show -- On Saturday, September 14, starting at 10:30 a.m. patrons are invited to listen to the tales of Chad Elliott as he performs his whimsical lyrics and tells a tale. Lunch will be provided and all ages are welcome to attend.
