The Van Diest Medical Center Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday in the clinic board room, Van Diest Medical Center, 2350 Hospital Drive, Webster City.

This meeting begins at 6 p.m.

On the agenda is the approval of a capital request and audit agreement, as well as a hospital update from Lisa Ridge, chief executive officer.

There is also a proposal to go into a closed session.

This meeting is open to the public, with the exception of the closed session.
