Van Diest Medical Center’s Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department will host a group education session Thursday, November 16, from noon to 1 p.m. in the cafeteria conference room, Van Diest Medical Center, 2350 Hospital Drive, Webster City.

Special guests are Tim Heller and Jean Statz from Senior Life Solutions, who will discuss Seasonal Affective Disorder, commonly referred to as SAD.

This event is free.

Heart healthy snacks and beverages will be provided along with information on both the Senior Life Solutions and Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab programs.
