DES MOINES — Webster City’s grant application for money to help pay for a proposed splash pad will go before the CAT Review Committee this morning in Des Moines.

The meeting will take place in the Iowa Economic Development Authority Helmick Conference Room, 1963 Bell Ave., Des Moines.

It begins at 10 a.m.

Webster City is seeking a way to help pay for the splash pad proposed for East Twin Park in Webster City. It has estimated that the project would cost at least $450,000 initially and from $65,000 to $70,000 annually in operations.

The City is raising funds through private donations as well.
