On the third Saturday of April, Fuller Hall will showcase those amenities.
According to a recent announcement, Fuller Hall Recreation Center will host its annual health fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its location at 625 Bank St., Webster City. At 9 a.m. in the Sampson Room, there will be a diabetes education class, followed by a healthy cooking class for seniors at 10 a.m. At 11 a.m., there will be a healthy snacks class for youth, and a healthy meal preparation session for families at noon.
A personal trainer will be available in weight room and cardio room from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and there will be a kids fitness class at 10 a.m. at the racquetball courts. A free, 30 minute yoga class is scheduled for noon at the racquetball courts.
