Dr. Haley Neese

Dr. Haley Neese is a new chiropractic physician in Webster City.

She graduated from Iowa State University for my undergraduate studies majoring in kinesiology pre-chiropractic and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport.

“I enjoy seeing the whole family for chiropractic care, but I do have an emphasis on pregnant mothers and pediatrics. I am certified in Webster’s technique, which is specifically for pregnant mothers. I also treat many student athletes for their sports injuries and people of all ages for their back and neck conditions.

“It has been great to be so welcomed by the entire community. With the recent new year, it’s a popular time to think about health and wellness. Incorporating chiropractic care into your health and wellness routine can benefit your spinal health and nervous system.”

She added, “During this winter season, many patients come in with back pain from shoveling snow. Here are some helpful tips while you keep your driveway clear:

“Take a wide stance, bend at your hips, lift with your legs (not your back), and keep your back straight. Avoid twisting your spine as you unload your shovel; instead, pivot your entire stance.

“Lastly, get your spine checked by a spinal health expert if you encounter back pain from strenuous or repetitive activities such as shoveling snow.”

Dr. Haley can be reached at 515-832-2142.
