A truck pulling a belly dump trailer blocked traffic on White Fox Road Thursday afternoon when the trailer broke in half. The trailer was loaded with rock. Law enforcement closed White Fox to through traffic from Third Street to 210th Street at about 4:15 p.m. while responders dealt with the situation.
