Winterfest king, queen crowned

Tucker Murray and Kendyl Felts were crowned as the king and queen of the Webster City High School Winterfest Monday afternoon in a coronation ceremony held in Prem Sahai Auditorium. Members of the court include, front row from the left, Ella O’Hearn, Erin Bailey, Queen Kendyl Felts, Jacie Crutcher and Adalie Peterson; back row, Evan Estlund, Jamin Stuhr, King Tucker Murray, Ben Auderer and Truman Klein.

Murray and Felts will reign over the festivities at the high school the rest of the week, including a series of special dress up days that are planned. Groutfit Day was held Monday. Tuesday is Twin Day and Wednesday is Use Anything But Your Bag Day. On Thursday, students are invited to take part in Inside Out Day and Friday is Purple and Gold Day. The Winterfest Dance will be held on Saturday, Jan. 29 from 8-11p.m. at the high school.
