The streets will be filled with scores of floats, vintage cars, tractors and other entries as the Hamilton County Fair Parade comes to downtown Webster City Tuesday night at 6 p.m. The parade, which serves as the official kick-off for the parade. will proceed through downtown to the fairgrounds. A Fair Foundaiton meal and beer garden will open following the parade and a concert by Vinyl Vagabonds will be on the free stage.
