CLARION — Iowa Specialty Hospital’s 100th baby of 2021, Beckett Henry Thompson, was born on March 17, 2021 at 6:32 p.m. to parents, Jerud and Michelle Thompson of Webster City.

Baby Beckett weighed 8 pounds .02 ounces and was 20 inches in length and has dark brown hair and brown eyes. He will be welcomed home by siblings Addilynn and Liam.

“He is our rainbow baby,” shared mom Michelle.

“We are so proud to have been a part of this family’s special delivery,” said Jenn Mewes, RN/OB Leader. “The year 2021 is promising to bring even more moments of thankfulness. The staff looks forward to being on that journey with you.”

In 2020, Iowa Specialty Hospital delivered 508 babies which is the most ever delivered at the facility in one year.
