The Webster City school board will Monday night with an update on high school student support and discussion concerning a social worker.

The meeting will be held virtually using the Zoom teleconferencing platform, beginning at 6 p.m. The public can listen in and participate in the meeting by using the Zoom meeting ID 856 7642 5428 and the password WCSB1012.

Discussion items on the agenda are a high school student support update and discussion concerning a social worker.

Other agenda items include:

• the second reading of board policies concerning the sale or disposal of school buildings and sites;

• consideration of a fundraising request for the high school girls basketball team to sell Lynx basketball appparel;

• consideration of a the competition gymm advertising LED board.

The board will also hear recommendations for several staff positions, including Hillary Lang for Northeast Hamilton paraeducator; Beth Patterson for high school guidance secretary, Edgar Perez Raymundo for high school paraeducator, Abbie Thomason for high school paradeducator and Troy Draeger for high school night custodian.
