What other law enforcement positions/departments have you served in?

I worked for the Iowa Falls PD to begin my career for 4.5 years and still work there currently in a part time officer role.

What’s an interesting fact about you that some might not know?

I enjoy collecting sports memorabilia, especially bobbleheads.

What is the most memorable incident you’ve responded to?

When I was at Iowa Falls PD full time, my most memorable incident/memory was being a part of the group of first responders that helped resuscitate a 5 year old girl who had begun to drown in the public pool. She was able to send me a thank you the day after, and it is one of the best things I have been given in my career. At Hamilton County, my most memorable memory isn’t an incident rather, it is being able to run the Books and Badges program and create great relationships with the young people and educators of our county.

What gives you the most satisfaction in your job?

Being able to help people of all ages and backgrounds in many different ways and be there when they need it most.

What is the toughest part of your job?

Trying to have a normal family life!
