Almost 11 years.

What other law enforcement positions/departments have you served in?

I worked for the Webster County Sheriff’s Office as a deputy for a short time before returning to the Webster City Police Department.

What’s an interesting fact about you that some might not know?

I enjoy spending my off time with my family on our acreage and riding four wheelers and dirt bikes with my two sons.

What is the most memorable incident you’ve responded to?

It’s hard for me to pick the most memorable incident because there have been a lot of memorable incidents over the years.

What gives you the most satisfaction in your job?

Helping others when they’re in need. It’s always nice to have people thank you upon completion of a call.

What is the toughest part of your job?

Interacting with people/family who have just lost a loved one is always a tough part of the job.
