“Despicable Me” will shown at Availa Bank Plaza Friday night in downtown Webster City.

The free film will be shown using the City of Webster City’s projector and outdoor inflatable movie screen, sponsored by Dawson & Bertran Investment Advisors. Showtime is 8:55 p.m.

The Webster Theater will be selling fresh popcorn and drinks from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the theater concession stand. The theater restrooms will also be available.

Those attending the film are encouraged to bring along blankets or lawn chairs to sit on.

The outdoor movies are scheduled to continue through Sept. 4
