First Congregational Church United Church of Christ is hosting a Drive-Thru Brownie Sundae event Friday, July 24, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in front of the church at 1000 Willson Ave.

Free-will donations will be matched by Enhance Hamilton County and given to local food pantries.

Here’s how it works: Going north on Willson Avenue, stop at the west entrance to the church. A masked, gloved attendant will take your order. You’ll have two choices:

• A large brownie topped with store-bought vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.

• Ice cream with chocolate syrup.

Pick up your order, drive off, and enjoy. Bowls, wooden spoons, and napkins provided are all of compostable materials.
