Jasmine Stetz paints geometric shapes on the sidewalls of the ramps at the Webster City skate park Thursday morning. Community Vitality Director Lindsay Henderson said the paint was a simple way to add a splash of color at the park. The city took down a chain-link fence earlier this year at the skate park. The colorful paint was just one of the improvements planned for East Twin Park. New playground equipment and fitness equipment are also planned for the park.
