Webster City Schools have announced a change to the Grab-and-Go lunch program.

Beginning Monday, April 13, five days of meals will be distributed two days per week, on Monday and Thursday, at the same two pickup locations – Webster City Middle School and Northeast Hamilton.

The distribution times will remain the same, 11 a.m. to noon on both days.

The pickup on Monday will include lunches for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The Thursday pickup will have lunches for Thursday and Friday.

School officials said the reduction in distribution days is to minimize the number of times families and students need to be outside to pick up meals.
