While the YSS of Hamilton County building is closed during the cornavirus pandemic, the agency will continue to provide behavioral health, medication management, substance use treatment and aftercare services by telephone or via the the teleconferencing system.

Current YSSHC clients or those in need of help who are experiencing stress and anxiety during this time can call 832-1061 or email ttecrick@yss.org to schedule a virtual appointment. If clients are unsure if they can connect via telehealth, the staff will be able to walk them through the steps to do so.

Due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, most insurance companies will now pay for telehealth counseling, according to YSSHC officials. If that isn’t the case, the staff has other funding options so no one needs to go through this stressful time alone.
