Cooking class to explore Norwegian favorites
An international cooking class will be held Saturday, March 7 at All Cultures Equal Community Center from 4 to 8 p.m.
Class participants will learn to make Norwegian delicacies, including kumla, lutefisk-baked, boiled potatoes with butter, wild rice salad, cucumber salad, kringla and dessert waffles. Afterwards, participants will share the meal they cooked together.
