The Fuller Hall Recreation Center will be offering the 7th annual Health Fair/Free Fitness Day on Saturday, Jan. 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The planning committee for the event is currently seeking health-related individuals and businesses who want to display or demonstrate their products or services. Examples of items offered could include, but are not limited to free fitness evaluations with a certified trainer; healthy cooking demonstrations/samples; demonstrations by area massage therapists; kids fitness activities; medical professionals present to answer questions; and various alternative medicine displays.

The event is free and there is no charge for persons or businesses wanting to display products or services. Those interested in sharing health-related information for the health fair are asked to email Larry Flaws at larry_flaws@webstercity.com.
