Halloween activities planned in Webster City

Fuller Hall to host events for preschoolers, middle school students

Some special Halloween activities are planned in Webster City this week.

Fuller Hall will host the annual Preschool Halloween party in Fuller Hall Gym from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

That evening, middle school students are invited to the middle school activity night at Fuller Hall from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 31 will bring the traditional trick-or-treating events throughout the community. Merchants will open their doors to little ghosts, witches and superheroes who make their way around downtown from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.  Businesses participating in the Halloween event will have a “Trick or Treat” poster in the window.

Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation will have trick-or-treating at the nursing home and apartments. Hot dogs and chips will be served in the apartment dining room. The event is from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Southfield Wellness Community and Windsor Manor will also be open for trick or treating from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Residential trick-or-treating will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. throughout the community.
