Kids climbed into the cars of the Smiley train Friday night during the Main Street Barbecue in Downtown Jewell, part of the Jewell Jubilee celebration.
Local residents lined up for the barbecue dinner Friday night, with smoked pork, beef and turkey offered with all the fixings.
JEWELL – Local residents turned out to enjoy barbecue, activities for the kids and entertainment.
The Annual Jewell Jubilee celebration featured the annual Main Street Barbecue Friday night. Main Street was closed and picnic tables lined the streets for hungry diner to enjoy their meal. Kids had a chance to ride the train around downtown Jewell.

Saturday morning brought the annual parade, followed by activities and games in the City Park. The evening was capped off with fireworks.
