The Webster City School Board will meet tonight at 6 p.m. to possibly approve the appointment of a board secretary.

If the appointment of board secretary is approved, the secretary will then be administered the oath of office.

The board may also approve the appointment of legal counsel at tonight’s meeting.

Also on the agenda is the designation of financial depositories and limits for district funds.

A resolution authorizing the issuance of warrants for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018 is on the board’s agenda for possible approval.

Contract recommendations and a fundraising request are also listed items on the board’s light agenda.

The next meeting of the Webster City School Board will be held on Monday, Aug. 28 at 6 p.m. at the school administration office board room.
