School board meets tonight
Tentative graduation list, WCEA agreement on agenda
The Webster City school board will meet tonight at 6 p.m. to discuss a tentative agreement with the Webster City Education Association.
The board will also discuss the tentative graduation list.
Bread and milk bids and student fees for the 2017-2018 school year will also be discussed Monday evening.
The May, June and July meeting dates for the board may also be set.
A contract with Diane Sweeney Consulting is on the board’s agenda for possible approval.
Three other contracts are also on the agenda for possible approval:
• Seidlitz Education Professional Development contract
• Keith Daltano Bullying and Discrimination Speaker contract
• Juvenile Court Services contract
The second reading of board policy concerning purchasing and bidding will be gone through by the board.
Graduation rates and drop-out rates for the 2015-2016 school year will be discussed and reviewed by the board.
Under the personnel portion of the agenda there are a number of resignations, contract recommendations and voluntary transfer requests that may possibly be approved.
The next school board meeting will be held on Monday, May 22 at 6 p.m. at the school administration office board room.
