Send-off ceremony for Special Olympics summer games set for May 25

Members of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, Jail, Dispatch, and Webster City Police Department joined teachers and para educators from Webster City and South Hamilton Schools to show off the 2017 Torch Run shirts.

The sales of these shirts support the Special Olympics Iowa athletes at summer games in May. The Law Enforcement Torch Run will be Thursday, May 25 at 9:30 a.m. with a send-off ceremony at 10 a.m. at the Webster City Middle School. Shirts are on sale now for $12 for a short sleeve and $15 for a long sleeve.
