A resolution authorizing the mayor and city clerk to enter into an professional services agreement with Computer Information Systems, Skokie, IL, and a five-year lease purchase agreement with Government Capital Corporation, Southlake, TX, for Records Management Software for the Webster City Police Department is on the agenda for possible approval.
