Ameriprise Financial Services in Webster City has announced three staff changes.

Erin Christian joined the company in November 2013 as the client service center manager. She was promoted to financial advisor on Sept. 13, 2017.

Christian, from Webster City, graduated from Iowa State University. She’s married to Terry Christian and the couple have three children, Madison, Evan and Tyler.

Tyler Patten is a Financial Advisor, servicing Webster City and Clarion clients. He joined the team on June 1, 2016, was promoted to financial advisor on Aug. 30, 2017 after completing his Series 7, Series 66 and Iowa State Life, Accident and Health.

Patten is from Webster City and is a University of Northern Iowa graduate. He and wife, Kari, have a new puppy, Nike.

Donna Downs, Webster City, joined the team on Aug. 7, 2017 as the Client Service Manager. She brings many years of experience in the financial industry. She graduated from Iowa Central Community College.

Downs and husband her James have two sons, Brett and Mitch.
