‘Plant a Seed, Read’ is theme for Library Summer Reading program

Kendall Young Library will be celebrating the coming of summer with a Family Summer Kickoff Party on the lawn.

We will gather for live music and food from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on May 31.

This fun family event will offer games, face painting and a balloon artist. Bring a lawn chair and the whole family for this great event which is sponsored by Fareway Meat & Grocery.

Plant a Seed, Read will be the theme for Summer 2026 and will begin on June 1. Watch for programs, activities, and events for all ages as the summer kicks off.
