Who wouldn’t enjoy a birthday party with five of your best girlfriends? Webster City Community Theatre invites you to a reading of “Birthday Club” on Sunday, April 26, at 3 p.m. at 1001 Willson Ave.

“Birthday Club” was written by Phil Olson, who also wrote the “Don’t Hug Me” series. WCCT audiences enjoyed several of those musical comedies in the past, so you know it will be fun.

Five women get together for their birthdays, each with her own story. They drink, celebrate, commiserate, and support each other as they negotiate marriage, work, divorce, birth and kids while solving the problems of the world.

Mary Sealine will lead the reading. Bring a snack to share and your choice of beverage.

“Birthday Club” will kick off the next WCCT season with performances September 18-20 and 25-26, 2026.
