Silkwork Secrets and Conservation Legacy celebration Saturday
The Hamilton County Conservation office will be holding a seminar in honor of Earth Day by learning about silkworms.
The program begins at 10 a.m. at the Conservation office, located at 2490 Briggs Woods Trail.
Loretta Zue is the speaker. She’ll begin her presentation in board room, but then move outside.
At the end of the program, a trash pick-up throughout the park will be held, wrapping up with a campfire, hot dogs and s’mores.
Those participating should bring gloves. There is a 50 person limit, so please register at www.mycountyparks.com.
