Partnerships credited with success of Conservation Creations

DeDe Henderson, left, who organized the non-profit Conservation Creations, and Heidi Eckers, on the right, who served as the Mainstreet manager in Jewell, and is now the city clerk in Ellsworth, worked together on a number of projects. Eckers now serves on the board for Conservation Creations along with Henderson.
The communities of Jewell and Ellsworth are connected by the JewEllsworth trail, which was one of the projects that involved the non-profit in addition to the Hamilton County Conservation offices.
