Eighth-grade students Ellie Pruismann, left, and Kairi Naso, right, participated in the Youth Honors Recital preliminary judging round hosted by the Fort Dodge Area Symphony last Saturday in Fort Dodge. Naso is a soprano and Pruismann is an alto. They performed a duet for their program. They are students of Meagan Cain, and were accompanied by Peggy Owens, all of Webster City. They were both selected to perform in the Honors Recital this weekend. Their performance will take place prior to the Fort Dodge Area Symphony Concert at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Fort Dodge Middle School, 800 N. 32nd St. in Fort Dodge. The public is invited to attend this special recital performance.
