S.A.L.T. program Thursday at Van Diest Medical Center
The S.A.L.T. meeting for the month of April will be held Thursday in Clinic Board Room at Van Diest Medical Center.
This will begin at 9 a.m. The Medical Center is located at 2350 Hospital Drive in Webster City.
Refreshments will be served and Van Diest Medical Center personnel will provide free blood pressure checks.
Kristi Zwiefel, VDMC dietitian, will explain how eating 30 different plants in a week will benefit your gut health.
S.A.L.T. meetings are free and open to the public. The meetings are held bi-monthly at locations throughout Hamilton County.
