Community-Wide Garage sales return Memorial Day weekend in Webster City

As the weather warms and spring cleaning begins, it’s time to start planning for Webster City’s Community-Wide Garage Sales, happening Memorial Day Weekend. Residents across Webster City are invited to join the fun by hosting their own garage sale and registering to be included on the official list.

Registration is FREE and open to anyone who would like their sale promoted. All registered sales will be compiled and published on the Daily Freeman Journal website, making it easy for shoppers to plan their routes and explore garage sales throughout the community.

The Community-Wide Garage Sales will take place in conjunction with JunqueFest, a community celebration in downtown Webster City on Saturday, May 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. JunqueFest will feature vendors, unique finds, food trucks, and a lively downtown atmosphere–making it the perfect day for bargain hunters and treasure seekers to shop both garage sales around town and the festivities downtown.
