Non-denominational grief support group to meet Feb. 10
Restore Us Care Ministry is offering a nondenominational grief support group for individuals navigating loss, including death of loved ones, divorce, job loss, and other significant life transitions. The group provides a compassionate, space for connection, reflection, and healing.
The ministry’s mission is to walk alongside the brokenhearted, recognizing that grief shared becomes grief lightened. The group is facilitated by Pastor Sarah Namukose of Asbury United Methodist Church. The sessions are open to anyone, regardless of faith background.
The support group meets on the second Tuesday of each month from noon to 1 p.m. in the Hospital Conference Room at Van Diest Medical Center, beginning Tuesday, Feb. 10.
