Restore Us Care Ministry is offering a nondenominational grief support group for individuals navigating loss, including death of a loved one, divorce, job loss, and other significant life transitions.

The group is facilitated by the Rev. Sarah Namukose of Asbury United Methodist Church. The sessions are open to anyone, regardless of faith background.

The support group meets on the second Tuesday of each month from noon to 1 p.m. in the Hospital Conference Room at Van Diest Medical Center, beginning on Feb. 10.
