The 4th Annual Festival of Trees which kicks opens Friday December 5, is looking for organizations to decorate their own trees.

Sponsored by the Webster City Women’s Club, the trees will be decorated and on display at the Jane Young House, located at 629 Elm Street.

The festival is held in conjunction with “Christmas in the City.” This year’s theme, “Your Favorite Christmas Tree” allows you to embellish a tree with decorations special to you or your organization. There are also two spots remaining for Christmas tablescapes.

The beauty of the lighted trees, holiday decorations, and the historic home will be on display Friday, December 5, 5:30-7:30p.m. Visitors are also welcome to stop by Saturday, December 6, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Tree set-up dates are Saturday, November 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday, December 2, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There is no cost to participate. The deadline to sign up is Tuesday, November 25.
