The Retired Senior Volunteer program is seeking volunteers for their pen pal program, which services Hamilton and Webster counties.

This program invites volunteers to sign up to become a penpal with a student. This helps students learn the process of letter writing and communicating with a person they have not met. Volunteers of any age can participate as letters can be written from anywhere and in their own time.
