Main Street Morning Kiwanis awards scholarships

Jeanne Hill, member of the Main Street Morning Kiwanis Club, is pleased to announce the 2022 college junior/senior scholarship winners. The scholarships are in the amount of $500 each. The Main Street Kiwanis Scholarship Committee selected the winners based on academic achievement and community service.

The four scholarship winners are:

• Austin Lampman. Austin is a pharmacy student at Drake University in Des Moines where he is pursuing his degree. Austin is the son of Jeff and Amy Lampman.

• Emily Lovelace. Emily will be a junior at the University of Northern Iowa where she is pursuing a degree in Business Management. Emily is the daughter of Todd and Michelle Lovelace.

• Jacob Willson. Jacob will be a junior at Simpson College where he is pursuing a degree in Sports and Fitness Management. He is the son of Jeremy and Mindy Willson.

• Katie Ewing. Katie just completed two years at the University of Iowa and will be in her first year at PCI Academy this fall where she is pursuing a degree in Cosmetology. Katie is the daughter of Craig and Darla Ewing.

ALSO – the Main Street Morning Kiwanis Club selected two Webster City High School 2022 senior graduates to be awarded $500 scholarships to attend a vocational school this fall. Those two students are Cole Reiling and Levi Mussman.
