Suffrage movement is program

The Webster City Women’s Club will meet Monday, Oct. 11 at 1:30 p.m. at the Jane Young House.

Loween Getter will have the program. The topic is “The Suffrage Movement” and the 101st Anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment. Members and their guests will be invited to view the new exhibit, featuring a room dedicated to the suffrage movement in Iowa.

Betty Weber Maxted will be greeter. Hostesses for the afternoon are Carol Crystal, Susan Meinders and Wilma Nuehring.

Dues of $25 for the 2022 year are now being accepted.
