Rotary hears program on 4-H Foundation
The Noon Webster City Rotary Club met Monday, Aug. 10 at the Briggs Woods Conference Center for an in-person meeting. Members of the Main Street Morning and the Noon Kiwanis clubs were special invited guests.
The Rotary program host for the day was Dean Bowden, who introduced Emily Savereid, Executive Director of the 4-H Foundation as the featured speaker. Despite having to drive through a severe weather event and having no power at the conference center, Savereid provided a very interesting program to those in attendance.
The Noon and Rotary After Hours club will be hosting Rotary District 5970 Governor Lowell Stoolman of Rockwell City at the next in-person event on August 24. Social distancing guidelines are followed at the in-person meetings.
