Two Webster City Boy Scouts recently completed their Eagle Scout Service Project at Kendall Young Park which they have dedicated to the late Kent Harfst. Troop 17 Scouts Cody Seiser and Matt Borkowski, standing left, created horseshoe pits at Kendall Young Park. Harfst’s son, Max and wife Becky, and in-laws Denny and Pat Armentrout, gathered recently for the dedication. Kent Harfst, the longtime director of recreation and public grounds, died in a bicycle accident last September.
