Travis Lala, Chairperson for Rotary After Hours, presents membership materials to Chelsea Quinteros. Quinteros is a lifelong resident of Webster City, and the newest member of the After Hours Charter. She resides in Webster City with her family, and is employed by First State Bank. The Satellite Charter of the Webster City Rotary Noon Club meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm, at the Second Street Emporium.
