Garden club to hold Christmas luncheon

The Town and Country Garden Club will meet Wednesday, Dec. 4 at noon at Trinity Lutheran Church for their Christmas luncheon.

Storytime for preschoolers

Kendall Young Library will be offering Preschool Storytime on Wednesdays every month! This program will be offered now through Dec. 11 from 10:05-10:35 a.m. Attend this program with your preschool age child ages 3-5 years old and enjoy a fun filled story time.

Christmas Tree Decorating will be during Preschool Storytime on Dec. 4.

Holiday concert

The Webster City Community Chorus, under the direction of Dane Barner, will present its 33nd annual holiday concert on Saturday, Dec. 7, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 8, at 3 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, 921 Des Moines St., Webster City.

The concert will feature sacred and secular holiday songs, the Asbury Bell Choir, instrumental soloists, and piano students of accompanist Jeannie Vande Zande.

A free-will offering will be taken, which goes toward the purchase of music and other group expenses.
