Williams area residents turned out Tuesday to express their gratitude and congratulate head librarian Diane Sinclair, left, in her retirement at the Williams Public Library. Sinclair has served as head librarian for the past ten years and now plans to truly retire. Sinclair’s next adventure will find her working in her home studio where she will paint and work in other artistic mediums. Sinclair will continue to teach weekly BASE classes at the Williams Public Library and at the United Church of Christ Congregational Church in Blairsburg. Barbie Grover, right, of Davenport, will assume the post.
