Webster City Boy Scout Troop 17, Cub Scout Pack 583, as well as family and friends, held their annual Blue and Gold Crossover Ceremonies recently, honoring four young men that achieved their Arrow of Light, earning the privilege of crossing over from the Cub Scouting program into Scouting BSA (formerly Boy Scouts of America). Those honored include, front row, left to right, Angel Ramirez, Jesse Toftee, Nolan Naso, and Sean Morgan; back row, left to right, Cubmaster Brandon Clabaugh, Den Leader Tim Morgan, and Scoutmaster Dave Bergeson. The boys were each presented their Arrow of Light badge by their parents during the ceremony, ultimately crossing the ceremony bridge before being welcomed into Troop 17 by their fellow Scout members.
