A tradition for more than 30 years, the annual Olde Fashioned Ice Cream Social will be held Wednesday, June 13, from 5:30 to 7:30 at Faith United Methodist Church, 2020 Superior St. This event is hosted jointly by Faith United Methodist Church and First Congregational UCC.

Jessica Schultz and Marcia Casbon from Faith and Karin Yungclas and Audrey Burtnett from First Congregational organized this event, which began when both churches were next to each other on Willson Ave.

The menu features homemade ice cream, toppings, a variety of bars and a beverage. A freewill offering will be collected with the proceeds being divided evenly between Ecumenical Human Needs and All Cultures Equal.

Entertainment will be offered by the Webster City Community Theatre’s cast of the upcoming musical “Seussical the Musical.”

This event is open to the public.
