The W H H 4-H club met on June 28, 2015, for their June meeting. The meeting was called to order by Leah Meyer. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Leigha Walterman.

The leaders reminded us that all fair entries are due June 29 by 4 p.m.

Our club will be walking in the Williams 4th of July Parade. Please meet at the Elevator at 9:30 a.m., wear your 4-H t-shirt and bring a bucket of candy to hand out. The club will be checking the restrooms in the park to keep them stocked and cleaned from Noon to 4 p.m. We will also meet at 11 a.m. on Sunday at the ball diamond in Williams to clean up the ball diamond, the park and Main Street.

On Sunday, July 19, (the Sunday before the county fair), we will put our exhibit booth together at 3 p.m. We need a school picture of each member.

The club’s judging time on July 20 is 11 a.m.

We will also have a float in the county fair parade. More details to come. On Thursday of the county fair, our club will host the Exhibit Building from 3:30 to 9 p.m. We need everyone to help with this. Please wear your 4-H t-shirt during your shift. See a leader to sign up.

If you have time, please volunteer either in Williams or at the Spirit Club’s RAGBRAI event . The Spirit Club will have their stand set up at the 3 corners south of Blairsburg.

Every project at the fair needs a tag on it. See a leader for the tags or they can be picked up at the Extension Office.

Don’t forget to take pictures at the fair of the activities you are involved in for your Record Book and the Club Historian’s book.

The record books will be due by September 19.
