Devin and Shilea West of Webster City are the parents of a daughter, Aylah Ann West, born Sept. 22, 2021 at Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion. She weighed 9.01 lbs., at birth and has two siblings, Kyler, 6, and Kellen, 3.
Grandparents are Craig and Pat Angstrom of Stratford and Deb (Jeff) West of Kamrar. Darlene Plain of Gowrie is a great-grandmother.
