Gary and Mary Ludley Dinsdale are pictured on their wedding day.

Gary and Mary Ludley Dinsdale are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on June 28.

Their family includes Wade and Shawn Dinsdale, and Lance and Ashley Dinsdale; three granddaughters and grandson-in-law: Ella and Sophie Dinsdale, and Alex and Colt Richardson. They have two great-grandchildren, Briggum and Wrenlee Richardson.

Gary and Mary Dinsdale met in junior high when her family moved to Webster City to teach. They attended Webster City High School, Iowa Central Community College and the University of Northern Iowa together.

They were married June 28, 1964, at Asbury Methodist Church in Webster City.
